In October of 2012, MyOffice kicked off a full-scale integrated project for Emerald Connect in San Diego, CA. "Deciding who the vendor partners are going to be on such a significant project is is always difficult when each discipline has the potential to become a particular point of failure." said Emerald Connect's VP of Operations Jon Visser.
Instead of using multiple vendors or a wide range of resources, Emerald Connect engaged MyOffice to tackle every aspect of the project. The undertaking required many facility related products and services, including the supply and installation of used office furniture and seating, design services, voice and data cabling, audio visual, art work installation and their corporate relocation. Thanks to the holistic approach, using a single point of contact to get the job done, it was not only easy, we did it in just three months!
Mr. Visser went on to say "I am pleased to state that MyOffice created a substantial benefit to Emerald in this initiative as a consolidation of disciplines - meeting or exceeding all timeline commitments within (an) agreed upon budget."
