Moving Services
NOTE: The estimated budget is for a standard office move which takes place in one phase. We will assist you with establishing move parameters, prepare move schedule, meet and direct your move team leaders, plan and identify all manage the move of your existing assets, develop move scope, destination locations and color coded mapping, coordinate move schedule with your general contractor and staff to ensure a successful move. For special moving requirements, labs, equipment or multi phase moves, please contact us for more information.
Note: For budget purposes, we factor in the cost for an average of 6 boxes with labels, 1-PC, and 1-Monitor per full time employee.
Note: MyOffice will disconnect all cords and equipment at origin, bag and label all cords and pieces, and reconnect and reroute them at the new location.
Price includes on site inventory, space planning, install drawings, teardown, move and rebuild during after hours.*You may need electrical dis and reconnect, we can assist if needed, but it is not included in the estimated price.
