Project Description

MyOffice assisted Bright Peak in relocating from a temporary location to their new permanent office in The Bungalows by the Del Mar Racetrack. We provided all new furniture and the structured cabling for the space, as well as the audio visual systems. New furniture included Friant Novo workstations, Friant My Hite private office desking, Global Furniture Group Zira conference table and collab table and Global Furniture Group soft seating lounge furniture. Task, guest and conference seating by Friant.

Project Specifications

Square footage approximately 2500, with 10 workstations, 3 private offices, 1 large conference room, 1 collab table/stools in break area, and 3 lounge areas.

Project Timeline

MyOffice received all the furniture 2 months prior to the completion of tenant improvements by the general contractor due to city planning issues. We were able to safely store and protect all the furniture in our fully racked high cube warehouse facility, then pull it and deliver at the time of installation.
