Project Description
Because of the successful completion of the 2021 library relocation project, our client reached out again to request assistance with a new project for the same 12,000 book library. We were asked to assist in moving the collection within the library to fully implement the Library of Congress cataloguing system. We were able to assemble the project scope on an accelerated timeline and assemble a team to meet their scheduled completion objective – all without jeopardizing other in-process client projects.
